Lady at front desk was very nice on the phone she has a great attitude and was very helpful rooms out of date but u get what u pay for great location great service will stay again if I need to
Kenwood Lodge has a great family oriented staff. Their rooms are always clean, cable always works, plus its in walking distance to allot of bars,pizza shops, and diners. This is my "Go To" for a cheap stay-cation!
My family stayed at this motel in 1958 when it was called Thomson Motel. I'm nostalgic about this place. We had a good time, me and my two brothers and mom and dad. I was 5 years old, and brothers were 8 and 11 at the time. We were on a trip from Virginia to Miami. Has your pool been covered over with a lawn? If I ever pass thru Hollywood, then I am going to stop by and say hello.
It was an ok place but the doors are thin. Don't stay there. The men find excuses to find out if your living there alone. They bring towels once. I had a fear there were bugs in the bed. Never will stay there again.
I remember this place back in the 80's. Mr Sunny would Feed the birds every morning and clean the pool. Good old days!!!! I have stayed there over the years since it is what it is, fair product for the price. Thanks for the memories.
Great customer service ,property very clean and cut ,very quite don’t have worry about anyone bothering you or making to much noise owners are very nice also the rooms are very spacious… my favorite part is the shower they are big too
I haven’t had a problem with the owners myself an I go here a lot. I’m not to sure about the rooms that people stay over night in but there are two or three rooms that the owner rents out by the hour. So u can pay 35$ for a few hours. Personally I think that the motel is a big target for hookers an addicts an dealers. It’s gross enough to be. Believe me, I know first hand
